Associate Project Manager

 

The Role:

  • Complete project setup and ensure all required documentation is provided.

  • Document management and formatting, effective record keeping and coordination of project reporting.

  • Mobilisation assistance including arranging inductions, flights, training, medicals and accommodation.

  • Assist in the production of venders, proposals, EOI's and project sheets associated with the project.

  • Liaise with Project Managers and key stakeholders  to coordinate project billings and invoicing and highlight any potential problems.

  • Generating, coordinating, and distributing reports and other documentation as required.

 

About you:

  • 5+ years general administration experience and venders management.

  • Highly organised with high attention to detail

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative, accurate and positive manner

Senior Marketing Specialists

 

Your Role:

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of coordinating and optimising our omni-channel marketing strategy. Your focus will be on boosting customer engagement, enhancing lead generation, and improving sales and occupancy performance. This role involves:

  • Leading and executing multi-channel branding, marketing, and advertising campaigns, ensuring creativity, consistency, and effectiveness in reaching our target audience.

  • Managing and coordinating a talented team of contractors, including specialists in PR, SEO, SMM, SEM, content writing, and graphic design.

  • Enhance and maintain Asia Media's brand image. Ensure consistent messaging across all activities, social media channels, blogs, and third-party websites.

  • Be a champion of content marketing. You will source, produce/manage, and share engaging, original content that drives brand storytelling across multiple digital and print platforms. 

  • Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a unified and cohesive organisational approach.

  • Working closely with our fashion and art department and other industrial community to drive local marketing initiatives and enhance all event and product's promotions.

  • Analysing market data and consumer trends to inform strategic decisions.

  • Managing events, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.

 

Your Qualifications and Experiences:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM, EDM, inbound, and content marketing).

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with experience in Facebook and Google Ads, and CRM System being advantageous.

  • Previous experience in fashion, art and TV channels is highly desirable.

  • Experience with InDesign and Graphic Designing is advantageous. 

  • Skilled in delivering or overseeing Google Ad Campaigns.

  • You are results-driven and passionate about conversion optimisation. 

  • You have excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.

  • You have high standards and attention to detail.

  • You are a fast learner with a proactive approach, demonstrating the initiative to independently identify, manage, and successfully execute projects.

  • You are motivated and highly creative, with a flair for visual design and storytelling.
